RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the our products, I am unable to accept returned products.  If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, I will happily work with you to find a solution. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for me to resend your order.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

We understand that the mail system can be rough on orders sometimes. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.
